Shipping policy

As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. If the product requires lead time, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to be manufactured, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for shipment we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment, tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours of payment.

We are based in Las Vegas with distribution out of Los Angeles, California & Columbus, Ohio. We offer shipping in the lower 48 states via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other major couriers. Expedited shipping is usually available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a quote.

After the order is processed, please allow 2 to 7 business days for in stock product(s) to reach you if shipped to a U.S. address. For purchases with lead time, please include an estimated 2-3 weeks delivery in addition to lead time.
